Due to an increase in false claims, we are no longer able to process any refund or replacement without proper evidence. For any issue in your order, we kindly ask that you provide a clear photo of the item or packaging. This will help us investigate the issue thoroughly with our kitchen team and take appropriate action to resolve it. For pickup orders, we also recommend checking your order before leaving the restaurant to ensure everything is complete and prepared to your satisfaction.
